MR. ANSELM ALBERT
Facility Manager/Electrical Engineer
Anselm's career spans in Engineering, Telecommunication, facilities Management and consultancy service. Anselm started his career as a trainee engineer in Telnet Nigeria Limited where I was exposed to different projects. The project include installation and maintenance of VAT for different banks in Nigeria. Maintenance of 4.3m dish for NPDC Lagos head office and Benin City continuation and maintenance of 35m tower for NLNG Bonny including the PABX and So Anselm have experience spanning over 10yrs in Telecommunication and facilities management services. Anselm Albert holds B.Eng electrical Engineering from the Pretigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka and also a master degree in facilities Management .
Mr. EDWIN DENNIS
Project Manager
Mr. Edwin Dennis is a seasoned Real Estate Project Management Professional and MEP Services Engineer, PRINCE2® certified (UK). He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Federal University of Minna and an MSc. in Facility Management from the University of Lagos. With over 11 years of experience, he has managed multi-billion-naira projects across Nigeria, specializing in Project Management and MEP Services. As a Project Champion and MEP Services Manager, he has overseen diverse projects, including residential estates, office retrofits, and warehouse developments. Currently, he leads Repairs and Maintenance, focusing on life-cycle cost savings and safe, functional systems.
MR. ABDULLAH OLADIPO
Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Abdullah Oladipo is a seasoned expert in corporate real estate and supply chain management, with extensive experience in facility management and strategic management. He serves as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of Insight Building Solutions, SFC Technologies, and e-commenter, providing strategic advice. Previously, he was the General/Country Manager at Savvy Capire Partners Limited, where he drove business growth, revenue, and operational efficiency. He also led digital transformation and data management at Zippy Logistics, training over 100 client personnel. Mr. Oladipo holds a Master’s degree in Facility Management from the University of Lagos and is a member of IFMA and ISM.
MR. VICTOR ONOHWAKPOR
Civil Engineer
Victor Onohwakpor is a civil engineer with a B.Eng from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, and a Master's in Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos. Practicing since 2007, he has extensive experience in supervising building and road construction, as well as serving as a consulting engineer for clients like Globacom and Our Saviour Church. Notable projects include the rehabilitation of Tin-Can Island road, repairs on the Lagos-Badagry Expressway, construction of duplexes at Treasure Garden Estate and Opic Isheri North, and structural design using Prota Structures. He also supervised the construction of a 50m cantilever retaining wall and a 3-bedroom bungalow with a swimming pool in Ikeja.
MR. VICTOR ONOHWAKPOR

Mr Peter Ayomanor hold a B. Eng in Mechanical Engineering from Enugu State University of Science and Technology. He has obtained several professional training In Solar System design and installation. He is adept in designing and installing solar PV systems, performing site inspections and developing budgets. He has completed several solar pv projects across Nigeria.
